The salon is always looking for new talent – skilled professionals who are good at their job and enjoy it. Our task was to create a video highlighting the requirements for applicants.
We produced an acquisition video tailored to these specific needs, functioning like a modern job advertisement. The story needed to be humorous and light-hearted, yet clearly address the salon's specific requirements. We collaborated with author and literary mediator Dorian Steinhoff to bring the framework story to life.
To reach as many applicants as possible, the film was distributed in various formats across all communication channels. Thanks to its broad and supra-regional reach, talented professionals could be found!
